It reduces a lot of time for the recruiters by automating the features like storing the resumes in the local database when the resumes are viewed, short listing the resumes, sending e-mails to the candidates and forwarding the resumes to the shortlisted candidates. It also provides an option to the user in customizing the local database page according to the user requirements. A feature called LOOKUP is provided for retrieving the resumes from millions of resumes stored in the local database, just by passing any of the words present in the resume. This product suits best for staffing companies and recruiters. It helps in searching candidate’s profiles more easily. Search Agent is a type of search where it searches the resumes automatically depending upon the option provided. Basically it consists of two types of searches namely Web search and Resume Bank search. Web Search searches the resumes from different search engines and selected resumes are stored in the database. Resume Bank Search is of two types. One is “Free Sites Search” and another search is “Paid Sites Search”. Searching for resumes with a given skill set can be done in all major U.S. job sites as well as search engines. The search retrieves the resumes with given skill set and highlights the skills in the resume, if they match with the search keywords.
